1Shipping

We have signed a delivery contract with UPS, SF Express, and internation express.
The shipping fee is basically 30 dollars.
* Additional charges may apply depending on country and shipping weight.

2Order Processing

The product you ordered will be delivered within 2-3 days of payment confirmation.
The delivery takes 5 to 7 business days, but depending on the situation, the delivery can be longer.
It may take 2-3 days to provide tracking information.

3Returns & Exchanges

Brownyard does not handle direct exchanges. Please return the product for a full refund and place a new order for the item you want as soon as possible.
Non-member Order: If you have ordered using the non-member checkout option, create a Brownyard account to request and manage your own return.

4Taxes & Duties

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and fee upon arrival in your country.
This fee is charged by the state and we are not responsible for it.

5Ordering Procedures

6Order Details Verification

[After logging in, Top menu > Shopping Cart > Select the order]

7Non-member Order

[Select Product > Select Options > Shopping Cart > Ordering > Ordering as a non-member]
Non-mebers can only be checked by order number and name, so please note the order number separately, and the status of the order can be checekd in [SEARCH FOR ORDERS ON THE BOTTOM MENU OF THE SITE].
The same service policy as the members of the Brownyard applies to non-members purchases, but does not provice the benefits of points and coupons proviced to the members.
If you lose your order number, please contact Brownyard customer center (+82 70 4149 9252).

8Change The Ordered Product

If you wish to change the options and delivery destination of your order, please contact the inquiry board or Brownyard Customer Center for smooth delivery.
* Orders that have been paid cannot be canceled from the customer.

9Set Order Quantity

You can set the order quantity after putting the goods in the shopping cart.

10Order Cancelation

The order status can be canceld when the product is being prepared, but if the shipment is completed (Delivery completed), it cannot be canceled and the return process is required.
The deposit order without a bankbook will be automatically canceled if the deposit cannot be confirmed within 3 hours.

If the stock is unavailably sold out due to the lack of real-time stock on the Brownyard, we will exchange it for another product after calling or text message, and if there is no answer, we will refund it automatically the next day.
If you leave a refund account on the bulletin board for a deposit without a bankbook, we will process a refund to that account.
